The Lucky Hunter culture

The way the workflow is organized in a company is directly related to the quality of employees' work. When a team feels like a "single whole", it shares common values and beliefs.

The team's labor potential rises, internal motivation and desire to work appear.
The Lucky Hunter team knows firsthand how it's great to feel comfortable in the workplace and genuinely love your work. Sharing with you our secrets and telling you how our small but friendly team has created its own positive energy and good vibes at work.

Teamwork environment

The company has nine girls in its employ. We all work together in one cozy coworking. If someone has a question or a problem, we solve it by joint efforts because we understand that we are working for a common cause. There is no hierarchy in the team.
In order not to burn out and exhaust, we shake up the workflow with interesting activities: we arrange photo sessions, celebrate birthdays, generate ideas for our own sticker pack!
For nearly two years of work, we've had not a single conflict. Instead, we are constantly joking and treat each other's needs and problems with respect.

Corporate parties

The Lucky Hunter team not only works well but also has a good rest. Our leader Tanya Melnichuk regularly arranges for us a wide variety of corporate parties. We've already gone to a spa, to a restaurant and attended a sushi cooking class. Relatively soon we are going on a boat trip.

At every corporate party, we feel calm, relaxed and don't talk about work! Such meetings consolidate unity and inspire us to do a good job.

The Lucky Hunter team works in a unique style. This applies not only to the methods of IT staff selection but also to our team spirit. We are passionate about every element of our work. Clients for us are always partners, colleagues are always friends and every candidate we treat with respect.

If we get down to business, we always do the work qualitatively. We don't just love what we do, we want to do it. And the main reason lies in the corporate culture.

Lucky Hunter feature

The main feature of our culture is "humanistic" work approach. We have no dress code, work flextime or may work from home when needed. Our leader places significant importance to our personal difficulties, always supports us and makes concessions.

At the same time, the Lucky Hunter team direct efforts to the company. We can work on holidays, deal with urgent work, take the initiative when required. This is a two-way process which helps us to enjoy what we do and bring maximum value.

We sincerely hope that our passion for work, industriousness, and support help us to provide the service with the highest quality. If you need to fill any IT job opening, contact our friendly team. We will be glad to help you!
