We'd like to start our summary on a positive note – this year, we have become an award-winning agency!

It's taken us a few years to get here, and we are honoured that renowned international platforms like Clutch and The Manifest have acknowledged our hard work.

Furthermore, the dedication shown by our agency CEO, Tanya, in advancing Lucky Hunter hasn't gone unnoticed. Tanya and Lucky Hunter secured the 'Leader of the Year (Agency)' title at the British Recruitment Awards 2023.

Earlier this spring, Tanya underwent a rigorous interview with members of the esteemed British RECRUITER AWARDS 2023 committee and earned a spot on the shortlist for the 'Agency Recruitment Leader of the Year' category.

At Lucky Hunter, we are not just helping companies find top IT specialists; we are committed to making a positive impact on the IT world. Members of our team actively participate in various conferences and webinars. For instance, this spring, our recruiters Daria and Maria presented at a conference hosted by the Podbor.io team, discussing strategies for engagement in the European market.

In 2023, we hosted the first (and not the last) offline event called 'Let’s get tech-gether' in London! Everything went exceptionally well: we gathered over 50 IT professionals who enjoyed networking with like-minded individuals.

Additionally, Tanya shared insights with the IT community this year, participating in various online and offline events. For instance, she was a speaker at the Emerge conference in Istanbul and co-hosted a webinar with Yulia Maslennikova; they discussed key factors that help attract investor attention, including effective PR strategies and effective recruiting.

In 2023, we collaborated with new clients and rekindled relationships with previous ones.

We are thrilled to work with international companies of various sizes, ranging from major corporations to budding startups. This year, among our clients, were notable companies such as Dodopizza, Flipperzero, Playground, Mercuryo, Monite, and many more.

Looking ahead, we hope 2024 will bring even more fantastic clients and successful partnerships our way.

In the corporate world, it is rare to establish an environment where employees stay for over five years, but we have managed to achieve just that.

In 2023, we proudly celebrated the 5th anniversary of four outstanding team members.

Ladies, you inspire the entire team with professionalism, a creative approach, and innovative ideas. Thank you for your hard work; we truly value you!

Irina, our document management specialist, celebrated her 4th anniversary with the team.

Alika and Karina, both IT recruiters, along with our designer Julia, celebrated their two-year anniversaries with the team.
