You are a shining star of our company. We celebrate the five years of your professional accomplishments and recognise how irreplaceable you've become as a part of our team.

We truly value the dedication and contributions of our team members. To celebrate their experience and expertise, we've decided to spotlight our veteran members and conduct interviews with them. Here's the interview with Head of PR Polina Barabanova.

We've also welcomed three new specialists to our team: Leila, who now works alongside Maria as a Sourcing IT Specialist, Ekaterina as our SMM Manager, and Ksenia, our designer who collaborates with our talented designer Yulia.

Our journey towards becoming the most renowned IT recruitment agency continues, and we actively participate in various online and international conferences.

On August 3rd, we participated in the international online conference "Grow Global," where our CEO Tatiana was a speaker. She shared insights on transforming a recruitment team into an international force and offered valuable advice on global hiring.

Then, on September 7th, Julia Maslennikova, CEO and founder of the PR agency 25/8, and Tatiana Melnichuk, CEO and founder of the IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, hosted a webinar: they discussed key factors that help attract investor attention, including effective PR strategies and effective recruiting, among other topics. The event was a success, collecting positive feedback from the public.

Also, this year, Tatiana is set to be a speaker at the international conference Emerge! She'll share her insights on assembling a team that can steer through challenges during crisis times.
It will be her first public presentation in English, and we're rooting for her success!

Moreover, in October, Tatiana will be attending the renowned Gitex conference in Dubai, where she'll have the opportunity to connect with industry leaders. It will allow us to forge new connections, showcase our company, and gain invaluable experiences.

It's always a pleasure to share our company's accomplishments, and it's gratifying when these achievements receive recognition on a global scale through prestigious international awards.

Our CEO, Tatiana, has earned a spot on the shortlist for the prestigious Recruiter Awards 2023 in the category of "Agency Recruitment Leader of the Year." This acknowledgement holds immense importance for us, and reaching the final stage presented a considerable challenge. Tatiana went through a rigorous interview with the judges, who posed questions about our agency. Despite the obstacles, Tatiana made a lasting impression, setting herself apart from numerous candidates and rightfully earning her place as a finalist.

In addition, we're excited to share that we've received an award from "The Manifest," a subsidiary of Clutch. They have distinguished us as one of the top 15 agencies, acknowledging our exceptional performance based on the positive reviews we've garnered over the past year.
